VIGUS, MARIANNE MCDONALD After a long illness, Ann passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2008 at home, with her family at her side. Ann was born on September 12, 1941 in St. Louis. She graduated from Mary Institute in 1959 and attended Washington University in St. Louis after which she taught elementary school at Mary Institute until her marriage to Frank E. Vigus in 1969. She was the daughter of the late E.B. and Mary McDonald and the sister of the late Elizabeth A. Egley. She is survived by her husband, their children, Andrew E. Vigus and Heather A. Bernstein, her son-in-law Brian W. Bernstein, her brother Edgar B. McDonald and his wife Linda Lewis, her nephew Stephen M. Egley and her nieces Deborah A. Egley, Amy B. (Andrew) Hudson (all of St. Louis), and Meghan B. (James) Glasgow of Raleigh, N.C. Anns greatest joy was her family and friends. She was very active in her childrens schools and extra-curricular activities. Ann was also an excellent tennis player, avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, lover of animals and active in various organizations. Her time with us was way too short and she will be greatly missed.

Information & Directions
Services: A memorial service will be held at Ladue Chapel Presbyterian Church, 9450 Clayton road, 63124 on Friday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private at Forever Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Lukes Hospital, 232 South Woods Mill Road, 63017, Ladue Chapel Presbyterian Church or the Animal Protective Association of Missouri, 1705 S.
